July 2023 Blog Roundup

This month I kept up with my Podcast, mainly because I banked five episodes and then took a break

  • Write While True Episode 24: Thousands of Variations
  • Write While True Episode 25: Stopping vs. Quitting
  • Write While True Episode 26: Making Makes a Maker
  • Write While True Episode 27: Writing is Ordinary
  • Write While True Episode 28: Complex Sentences

Based on my podcast, I wrote

  • Old, Flawed Work is the Jumping Off Point (based on episode 27)
  • Notice What You Notice (another lesson from Art & Fear that I didn’t cover in 24-27)
  • A Life’s Work (based on episode 24)
  • Taking a Successful Break (based on episode 23)

I also used the Hacker News OPML file to add a bunch of blogs to my feed. This resulted in a bunch of posts

  • Minimum Blog Feed Criteria
  • Following a Lot of Blogs in NetNewsWire
  • raylib First Impressions
  • A Little Linear Algebra Helps to Make Games
  • Nebulas July 2023 Update
  • Having a Blog Makes Me Do Things
