Here are links to non-US stores: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom. According to Amazon, KDP books (like this one) are only available in those stores. I have listed the book for the lowest price that Amazon allows in each country.

When it launches in early September, I will be raising the price.
